Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, and the shipping method chosen. Rates will be displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 12 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

 

  • Standard Shipping — delivery within 12–21 business days.
  • Express Shipping — delivery within 7–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors.

Digital Products

Digital products — including the free Backyard Creatures Puzzle Book included with bundles — are not shipped. They are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout, usually within minutes of your order being confirmed. If you don't see it, check your spam folder, then contact us.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at alvinho255@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date for assistance, and include a photo if the item arrived damaged. We will arrange a free replacement or a refund — no need to return the damaged book.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email alvinho255@gmail.com as soon as possible — if your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update it for you.
